Event Manager

An ‘event’ is a change of status to your new business pipeline or existing book of business. Event Manager is an automated alert service that notifies you when these events happen.

How does Event Manager work?

Event Manager is a free subscription service that offers new business tracking and policy servicing data. If you are a registered user of our extranet, you can register for the Event Manager service online.

Events are captured and collated into a series of reports. You can choose how frequently you receive your reports, and we’ll send you an email when they are ready to collect from our extranet. You can easily display the information in an Excel spreadsheet.

New business tracking: Key events from a proposal being submitted to going live are captured.

Policy servicing: Event Manager for policy servicing events is available for all products on the following events:

• Overdue premiums (including reinstatement requirements)
• Lapsed policies
• Cancelled policies(including cancellations from inception)
• Change of contact

How can I use the data?

• Monitor the status of business coming onto and leaving your books
• Inform your clients when their application status changes
• Manage your client retention and take action as appropriate

How can I register for Event Manager?

If you are a registered user of our extranet, you can register for the Event Manager service online.
