ESSEX WIN THE 2008 FINAL!
The weather was kind to all involved with sunshine across Lords for most of the day. Both Captains were keen to add the Trophy to their seasons honors but it was Mark Pettini's side who walked away victorious! You can read the match report here.
2008 FINAL - PHOTO COMPETITION
We have been receiving images from fans who took photos whilst at the final that best captured their "Lords Experience". The competition is now over and we have chosen a winning photo from the numerous entries received. Over the next week we shall be adding a gallery to this site , which will include many of the photos that were emailed in from fans up and down the country. You can see the winning photo here. The lucky snapper has won a cricket bat signed by the players of Kent and Essex.
